UMT Taekwondo Club focuses on both the traditional practice of martial arts, and optional
competitions of the mental, physical, and philosophical aspects of martial art. Practicing with the
UMT Taekwondo Club is an excellent way to learn self-defense, increase fitness of mind and body, and challenge yourself.
We are a friendly Club; with the exception of very young children, people of any age and physical condition can join and work at their
own pace to develop and improve their abilities.
As students progress through the Colour Belt ranks, their mental focus sharpens while their physical fitness levels are also built up.
